The Group Travel team is looking for individuals with:

  • A passion for international travel in off-the-beaten-path locations
  • Experience with education through teaching,  travel, leader on a student travel program, or in a previous professional capacity
  • An academic and supportive tone reflecting your passion for education
  • A relentless persistence in supporting your clients to ensure an excellent pre- and post- travel experience
  • Connections in the international Singapore school network, allowing your knowledge of the local market and education system to better meet your clients' needs
  • Excitement for collaborating with educators to find (or customize!) their perfect program
  • Creativity and interest in compiling the perfect package of recruitment materials for each client (leveraging materials prepared or customized by our design team)

Do I need to have a background in experiential education and student travel?

The answer to this is Yes and No…

  • Become an expert in your clients’ needs
  • Support your territory’s sales rep in closing new deals, so you’re already informed on the client’s needs and prepared to exceed their expectations.
  • Support your clients proactively on a daily basis to ensure their smooth enrollment and preparation for travel
  • Support clients before, during, and after their trip effectively for annual retention.
  • Meticulously update your CRM files
  • Contribute to regional sales team success and achieving company metrics as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 - 5 years. Expectations and compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Location: Singapore or other Southeast or East Asian city preferred, with a willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time pending client needs, your home location, and the territory you are responsible for.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience with some college.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Travel,  Learning, Education, or Account Management background preferred.
  • Personal experience in student travel (as student or leader).
  • Passion for international travel.
  • Appreciation for diversity in cultures and experiences.
  • Understands the value of experiential education.
  • Adaptable and flexible personality.
  • Eager to learn from colleagues and enjoys open collaboration and teamwork
  • Interested in a fast-paced, rapidly developing role with opportunity for growth and ownership.
  • Self-driven, able to maintain productivity and efficiency in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and concise presence on phone and email communication.
  • Comfortable with making presentations in front of large groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
